Health Link Alberta provides health advice and information through a toll-free phone number to all Albertans. Access is 24 hour, 7 day a week and support is provided by experienced registered nurses and other health-care professionals.

Calgary & Area Distress Centre

24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Distress Centre is there to listen and be there for people in crisis. All calls to our crisis line, 403.266.HELP (4357), receive confidential, non-judgmental support. We also provide no-fee, face-to-face professional crisis counseling along with youth peer support, information and referral services.
