PPDA is growing quickly and working on a National Campaign to increase Awareness & Resources for Postpartum Depression and other Postpartum Mood Disorders. During PPDA's growing pains, if your city is not listed here where can you look if you are in need of resources and help for postpartum depression? Here are some suggestions:

-Contact your Doctor
(Could be your Family Doctor, Ob/Gyn, your children's Pediatrician etc.)
-Contact your local Hospital's Maternity ward for a list of resources
-Call your local Health Services
-Visit your local Health Clinic where you might go for a vaccination
-Contact a Therapist, Psychologist or Psychiatrist even if it's just to ask a few questions
-Look for a local Naturopathic Doctor
-Explore other aspects of Holistic Health
-Look for a Nutritionist
-Search on the internet for a local Mom's Group
-Find out if the local Yoga studio has postpartum yoga or postpartum exercise classes
-Contact PPDA at, We are always here to help!
